Is Web/Mobile Check-In available for Caribbean Airlines flights?
Caribbean Airlines offers Web/Mobile Check-in, a facility that you may use to check in, select or change your seat during check-in, and print your boarding pass or check-in confirmation. Web/Mobile Check-in is available from 24 to 3 hours before departure.
Web/Mobile Check-in is not available for interline or codeshare flights (i.e. other airlines’ connections or flights). Certain passengers who request special services (e.g. wheelchair assistance or oxygen) can use Web Check-in, but can collect their boarding pass and change their seat assignment only at the airport check-in counters.
What is the check-in deadline at the airport?
Caribbean Airlines recommends passengers to arrive at the airport 3 hours before the scheduled departure time to check in for international flights. For domestic flights between Trinidad and Tobago, the recommended time to arrive at the airport is at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. In addition to Caribbean Airlines check-in counters, you may use the self-service kiosks, which are available at some airports.
Caribbean Airlines check-in counters close 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Failure to present yourself at the check-in counter or boarding gate at least 1 hour before departure may result in your seat being cancelled and reassigned.
