What are the requirements for using Online Check in?
- Check-in 1-48 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart.
- You have an electronic ticket for a confirmed reservation.
- Online Check In is not available for code share flights that are not operated by Royal Brunei Airlines.
- Online Check-in is not available for passengers departing from Jeddah.
Make sure you leave enough time at the airport to get through security, check your bags, etc.

What time should I arrive at the airport?
Due to security requirements, Royal Brunei requires passengers to proceed to the designated Online Check In counters to obtain the Boarding Pass, and to drop your baggage off if you have any baggage to check-in; at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
